The description was accurate, the location was excellent, and we all had a wonderful time. The bottom deck meeting space with a fire pit was especially enjoyable, A great family meeting space. We hope to come again.
We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Eugene! The location was so convenient- walking distance to the stadium. The house had all the cooking/dishes we needed for a large group of us.
The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!
Our group of 5 came down from Seattle for a conference at the University of Oregon Law School. This house was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable and the house is nicely laid out for relaxing in the evening.
Great house and great location. It was cold and dreary but the house was perfect to cuddle up in for movies and board games and family time. The house has everything you need (seriously, what a relief, lots of blankets and towels!) and a wonderful neighborhood to walk the dog. Loved Greenwood Restaurant, Cascade Raptor Center, and Tsunami Bookstore in particular. We will definitely stay here again when in Eugene.
Had a great experience at the house. Super clean, comfy beds, host was very responsive. The house accommodated my family of five, my MIL and my wife's best friend. Great having one home for all of us. The decor was fun, the house was well laid out and had everything we needed (including 2 coffee makers). Thanks so much for the great home to stay in.
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this wonderful home up the hill near the U of O campus. 2 of my boys actually walked to campus in the typical March weather. The house location is fabulous and the pre-check in instructions were hugely helpful, especially the link to the YouTube video on how to find the driveway. The owner was very receptive to a couple of small needs and questions we had. The house has 2 different spacious living areas indoors. Wish the weather was a bit nicer for us to enjoy the outdoor decks, but we knew what we were getting into in March.
We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space. Lots of special touches throughout the house. Easy to use QR codes to explain things in the house. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. We staggered showers and never had an issue with hot water running low. We did have an issue with the main upstairs bathroom water pressure but a plumber came out the next day and it was an easy fix. Very quick responses to any questions or problems. No issues with parking (the driveway and carport can be a little tight) and we were able to actually get 4 cars a couple times without impeding the neighbors space or ability to back out, but I would recommend only having 2 cars max. The 4 cars was only a short time on game day. House is located hillside so be prepared for nature, which is delightful. Saw deer every day. We had some crazy temperature ranges so the heat and the portable AC units worked well but the house really retained a comfortable temperature only needing a little help for a short time in the mornings or evenings. I would recommend this house for anyone needing extra space.
Loved the house. All of the amenities were amazing and the beds were super comfy! It was great being so close to the campus and communication with the host was fantastic.
We loved the location for exploring U of O and being close to trails was a bonus. We loved feeling like we were in the trees. The home is really cool, all around. And the beds/bedding were tasteful and clean. I’m a stickler for this because it’s a simple thing that makes a big difference. I thought the QR codes for explaining everything was also a cool way to learn about the property. I would definitely stay here again.
Awesome location. Everything you need in the house. Accomodating hosts. Unique and fun decor. Coffee Bar!! Loved it, and would love to stay there again.
Unbelievable house! So cute, clean and close to everything. But when you’re inside or the deck, you feel miles away from everything. Absolutely wonderful!
this is a great house, especially for any u of o families. beds were comfortable. location is ideal. kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. we didn’t even have an opportunity to utilize all that this house had to offer. also, we walked back from campus. it’s a manageable distance with a short hill. i’msure we will be staying here again.
It was perfect for our family stay. There were instructions for everything. And communication with the owners or property manager was very easy and she was very responsive. We loved the location. A very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.
I'm giving it 5 stars, but I do have suggestions/feedback for the rental company regarding the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces. The chairs, couch, tables, etc. were all fairly filthy and needed to be cleaned off before we could use them. Many of the cushions and pillows outside are stained and desperately need a cleaning or replacement. A power wash of the exterior would be great to really bring it up to snuff for a long term stay where these spaces will be used frequently.
