By far the best customer service I have seen in a substantial time. Everyone was genuinely friendly and kind. The hotel’s decor keeps you walking around in amazement. Both restaurants have awesome food! The pool is shallow (3-4ft) which was perfect for my young girls. Everything was clean, organized and fully stocked. I honestly can not think of anything I would change or would want different. Is about a 20 second walk to Hult center.

Everything about the room and the service (free upgrade and let me borrow a charger!!) was Great. Coffee in the room but coffee shop in the hotel was great. BUT not 5 starts because the water pressure in the shower is not good.

The property is conveniently located and has a U of Oregon feel. Our suite and the common areas could use refreshing. No in room safe. Housekeeping every 3rd day unless it is requested more frequently. Service at the restaurant/bar was very slow.
