Italian Villa Guest Home on gated property

Custom designed guest home based on an Italian Villa. Located down a private, gated drive. It is a calm and peaceful property but is around the corner from only 12 minutes from the University of Oregon.

The space
An airy guest house with outdoor eating area in quiet neighborhood. House has a small kitchen and plenty of space to enjoy your stay!
Using the bedroom requires walking up stairs. The bathroom and a sofa bed are on the main floor.

Guest access
You have access to the guesthouse, the gravel parking area and the outdoor patio space. (There is a pool, however it is not accessible.)

Other things to note
There is a garage attached to the guest home. The door between the two has a deadbolt operated by whomever is in the guest house.

U of O Move-in

Enjoyed the stay and felt secure with the gate and our car being loaded with many tech valuables for my son’s dorm. Much better than worrying about security of a parking garage with so many families in Eugene for the same reason.
