We loved staying at this gorgeous and comfortable house. It had so many sweet touches. The beds were comfortable and it had great common spaces to hang out. We would definitely rent again.
House was cozy and eclectic. Definitely one of a kind but very comfortable and excellent jumping off point to explore the area while we visited local family and friends.

This was a cozy and comfortable place to relax after a long day.
This charming house is deceptively roomy, has comfortable seating and beds and literally has everything you could possible need. I have never stayed in a rental with more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom and laundry room than this place! If I'm in Eugene again, I would definitely want to stay here!
The home was very cute and clean. Lots of room. A little close to a bad area but we felt safe at all times. Reasonable and very nice. We would recommend.

Great Location! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and cozy! Our family loved it! Can't wait to come back. Thank you!
Cute, cozy, clean 3 bedroom two bath, ample living space. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and other services. Great location in west Eugene.
Nice little three bedroom 2 bath place. It’s a cozy craftsman located near downtown. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Carolyn the host was responsive.
The property was very comfortable for our week long stay. We especially enjoyed the local restaurants and pastry shop around the corner. The kitchen is well stocked as are the towels in the bathroom. Be aware that 24 trains travel through Eugene each day, so their whistles are heard wherever you are in town.

This is a delightful place to stay. It is a very comfortable and cozy house to stay at. The beds and pillows were excellent, the heating/cooling unit worked well, and it was a very well stocked kitchen. It is a roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a very walkable neighborhood. The best part might be having Sweet Life Patisserie just a block down the alley.
The house had all amenities and utensils to make it feel like a true home. Very quiet location with low density of traffic passing by. Exceeded all expectations.
Cute house, roomy, comfy beds. Perfect location for downtown.
Street parking only, but it was never a problem. Eugene has a big homeless population, but again not a big issue for us. I would definitely stay here again!
We arrived very late in the evening because of our travels and getting in was easy, and the house was welcoming. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked and considering we made thanksgiving dinner there that is saying something! The bedrooms and bathrooms we comfortable and access to everything was easy. Loved it
I loved staying in this historic property. It was a great value and was close to our conference. It kept us safe and warm during the ice storm; we were lucky to never lose our electricity. The pictures did not do the place justice; it’s a very cute house with all the necessities.
We loved this eclectic bungalow. I felt like I was in a museum so to speak. Everywhere close to a awonderfulI looked there was something interesting to look at. This place was clean, had everything you needed and more. Beds were comfortable and the back patio was fantastic. Privacy and beauty.
The location is very convenient
The house was exactly as described and same as the pictures. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of bedding & pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. Lots of very thoughtful items in the house to use. Bathrooms were great with lots of hot water and even a claw bathtub.
We agreed we would stay here again when in Eugene.
Conveniently located, comfortable, easy to find. We were revisiting Eugene and going to a Ducks Game. Downfalls, traffic noise. Very close to a great bakery ( Sweet Life).
House was unique and comfortable. Really enjoyed patio. Beds were cozy with great linens. Plenty of amenities in kitchen. Location perfect to downtown. However, there was a homeless camp directly across the street. But this seems prevalent in downtown area. No one bothered us at all.Overall great stay
We certainly enjoyed our stay in this home. We like older homes and this was a gem. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern with nice amenities.
It is a neighborhood with homeless folks with some solicition and noise from these folks.
Still, we would go there again.
