Located in West Eugene, 20 minutes from University of Oregon and Hayward Field, this family home has great amenities for your group or family for the World Championships! Located in a newer, modern neighborhood, this is a very comfortable and accommodating setting that will be great to come home to after a long day of events or exploring the beautiful Willamette valley.

The downstairs of the house has a large open kitchen with center island, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast table. You won't find many rentals with a kitchens stocked this well (we like to cook!). The kitchen is open to the large living room with 72" TV and sectional couch to relax. The dining room is just adjacent and has open views to the living room and TV. The downstairs also has a bedroom with queen bed and HD TV, 1/2 bath, and mud room. Head up the stairs and there is a large walk in laundry room with modern front loading washer dryer. Down the hall opens up into a large loft area with ~50" TV and sound system, hide-a-bed couch and a foosball table.

Upstairs bedrooms include one with full bed (and HD TV), second with two full beds, and third with a queen bed. The master bedroom is very large with king bed, HD TV, and huge bathroom that includes a large soaking tub, tiled walk in shower, and private toilet room.

The front yard has room for 2-3 cars in the drive way, street parking (2 spots in front of the house as available) and a pair of comfy patio chairs (nice place to sit in the shade on hot summer evenings). The back yard has large table with seating for 10, outdoor TV, pellet grill, and beautiful custom landscaping.

The house has a newly installed full house air conditioning system that has no trouble keeping it very cool on the hottest days in Eugene. The gas hot water heater does very well keeping up with two showers going back to back for large group (filling the soaking tub will require a little recovery time after).

There are multiple grocery stores, gas stations, mini-marts, and restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Walmart, Target and multiple other restaurants are about 9 minutes away. There is a very large open park area with a big kids play area just a few minutes walk away. There is easy access to the biking and hiking trail system about a mile down the road.

There are outdoor security cameras around the perimeter of the house. There will not be any cameras inside the house. This is a safe area, it is just personal preference to have a security system.
