- Peaceful and friendly neighborhood centrally-located in Eugene. Walk across the street to Oakway Center to find Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect stay to walk to football games at Autzen Stadium or University of Oregon events. Clean home with remodeled kitchen including Dacor gas range and wine fridge. Spacious master suite with queen bed, custom California Closet and bathroom with heated tile flooring and large shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds with additional separate full bathroom. Large main living room with gas fireplace. Access to garage to park 2 cars. My husband and I loved living here with the home being so central in Eugene and we now look forward to sharing it with you!
