No frills for a couple nights in town. Walking distance to a beer garden and some chain cafes and restaurants. A couple miles to the U of O campus. The staff was friendly.

We have stayed in many hotels in Eugene in the last 5 years, this one was a very pleasant experience. The only thing that I would change is having adjustable beds. Even if a person had to rent the control to make it work it would be worth it. That is not a complaint at all it's just a suggestion!

Eugene visit

Nice locally owned motel with great individuals running the operation. Shower was great with safety bars and water heated up immediately. Near bus stop and several restaurants. Would stay again if I am in Eugene

Staff was really kind and accommodating with allowing early check in and extending stay. Assisted with additional towels for staff and offered to service the room again during our 2 nights. Had fridge and microwave. Room was really clean. A lot of places within walking distance and on bus lines. Was able to utilize the city transportation to save cost and reduce the need for Uber or rental car). Area did have some homeless people around (not on property just near buy). The homeless did not disturb you it does cause a little safety concerns for females walking alone (but that’s really any situation). Also out of control of the property.
