"Bathtub floor covered in black stains. A/C blows chunks of dust across the room. Bathroom floor had hair and dirt in the corners. Coffee maker exploded. Smudges on all the mirrors. Free water Full kitchen with a few dishes and microwave. Free breakfast. Not enough covered parking for all guests."
