"Our first time staying at a Seacloud. Location in Haeundae was fantastic. We got thr Premier Suite. Great space and very comfortable. You could tell the rooms were a bit "tired" over thr years but staff maintains it well. Cleaning daily, fresh towels, and consistent. Good value for travelers. The only awkward part of the facility is that its actually 3 hotels/residence that shares elevators. But once you get the hang of it, not an issue. Glad we stayed at this property."

"Location is terrific, the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. Smells great, and connected to the Lotte Department Store. Lastly, the Blue Haven area is amazing. Can’t wait to stay there again."

"Beautiful residence hotel in Busan. We loved the views and the comfort of the accommodation. There is a pool in the pictures for the room, but costs $30 per person (adult) to use. Would still stay here again as it is a good value, but I wish we had known access to the pool was not included as I had some disapppinted kids. "
