"The AC units in the rooms do not function correctly. I set the AC to 63F then as the temperature fell, the heater turned on and drove the temperature up to the mid-70s. I had to fight that thing for hours to get the room to comfortable temperature. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Not even close to what is expected for that price point and level of “quality”….."
