"For the 3rd time was told the pool was working but upon arrival it again was not. One of the main amenities we look for. Bathroom door would not latch. Shower was slanted and bowing and very unsafe for someone with balance issues. My granddaughter almost fell as well. Fridge leaked. Air conditioner was not working properly. Kids and people running around and screaming at midnight for almost an hour as well as dogs fighting in hall. Experiences used to be overall good but the last 2 or 3 times we have stayed i feel maintenance and cleanliness has deteriorated."
