We found this to be a very convenient and cozy cottage for our NYE visit to Eureka. Charming clean and well equipped. Just as described! Can't wait to come back!
We loved our two night stay at the Brownstone Inn! It was in a perfect location - a short drive to downtown Eureka. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the Inn was set in a beautiful location!
We would definitely go back!
My boyfriend and I regularly come to Eureka Springs, however booking an impromptu weekend trip had us looking for something a bit more affordable than the main hotels in town that we usually stay in.
This place was perfect! Can’t believe the price. Felt more like a studio apartment then a hotel room and was awesome having the extra space. The common area upstairs is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you want. They even provided complementary baked goods in the kitchen.
The building itself is gorgeous and peaceful surrounded by well thought out landscaping and views.
We will definitely be back.
Our room was so inviting. Quaint and quiet. Very clean and location was perfect. Parking was easy. We loved sitting outside and watching the sun go down. Our location was close to the dinner train and only a mile or so from the downtown area. Cute shops and beautiful area to walk in.
Sofa and armchair as well as bedspread were soiled. Disappointed in musty smell. Need update on condiments-- fresh coffee and tea bags. No water bottles on parlor would be nice to have so.e in room. Bathtub, shower floor very slick. Outside in front of room outdoor furnitue dirty and worn out.Front step i to room dangerous for older folk- need rail. Gravel drive many ruts- need smoothed out.Sorry so negative but expected better quality I. Cathey Donohue
