We absolutely loved this place. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, nice decor, quiet neighborhood. Patricia had goodies waiting for us when we arrived. And her breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.
This was perfect for our getaway with the family. Walkable to some restaurants and the crescent and close to the main downtown area (just a hill in the way). Would 100% stay again.
We had a great stay! It was the perfect location, close to everything. Down under was immaculately clean and the furnishings are super cute and comfortable. Miss Patricia was wonderful and provided the best breakfasts.
The breakfast is delicious and made on site by Ms Patricia. She also makes snacks for the evening. There was also microwave popcorn, soda, easy serve microwave oatmeal, and candy in the kitchen. It was a wonderful stay. The beds are comfy. The couch is huge for lounging, and lots of snuggly blankets. We will definitely try to book again when we are visiting Eureka Springs, Ark.
My family stayed in the gorgeous little cottage apartment. Everything was perfect—decor, cleanliness and location. We’ll definitely try to stay again on our next visit.
One of the most peaceful places I’ve stayed in Eureka Springs. Very clean and Ms. Patricia was one of the kindest people I’ve met and such an amazing cook! The back patio was wonderful for spotting wildlife and relaxing. Location was quiet and ideal for a relaxing weekend away.
This was a perfect getaway for our family of 4. Beautiful, peaceful, and walkable to downtown Eureka. Patricia’s breakfasts were DELICIOUS. She was welcoming, friendly, easy to contact and responsive. Appreciated her local recommendatios too.
We loved our stay at The Down Under apartment. It was comfortable with great accoutrements. Patricia was a wonderful host. Very convenient location within walking distance of the Crescent Hotel to take advantage of the restaurant and spa.
We had a fantastic time. The location was great, walking distance to local restaurants and the trolley stop was just down the street. Miss Patricia was a fantastic host and baker. The food was wonderful and planty of it. The space was beautifully decorated and cozy.
Wonferful propery, in a great location. Its nestled on a quiet street fsr enough from the noise of main street but close enough to drive or even walk to shops and resturants. The place was extremly clean and well stocked with all thr nessities. There was a pack n play available for our infant. Parking was always easy and available. Patricia was so wonderful, kind and accomidating.
This place was in a great location minutes from downtown. Everything was perfect, only one issue it’s on the bottom floor so when anyone walks above you, you can hear it besides that we loved it. It was extremely clean and cozy. Our host was kind and willing to help us with any questions we may of had.
We were traveling for an unexpected funeral but it was also fall break. It was the most welcoming, comforting, relaxing, cool, and comfortable environment to stay in! I stayed there with my husband, 14 year old, and 7 year old daughters.
Everything about this place was exceptional. The location on the top of the hill allows you to easily walk to a bus stop or to the Crescent Hotel for views, entertainment, a bar and food. You probably won't need to buy much food because the "breakfast" includes enough food to eat several times throughout the day, and the host was very generous about giving us more food. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and perfect for a couple of friends who wanted to get away for a long weekend.
We had a great stay! The location is great - right on the trolly line - and the apartment is very cute with everything you need! The hostess was so nice and accommodating.

Ms Patricia was the best hostess i've ever encountered at the many B&B me and my wife have stayed at. There was not one problem we encountered during our stay, we will definitely be back.
The overall stay was perfect. The location is convenient to local attractions. The bed & breakfast was clean and roomy with a nice covered porch perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. The innkeeper Miss P was amazing providing tasty breakfasts and yummy afternoon treats. We will definitely stay here again.
The location was perfect! Very cute and comfortable. Our host, Patricia, was so kind and welcoming. She is an amazing cook and we thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast and bread. We enjoyed the puzzles provided by the hosts. I would stay here again!
The property was picture perfect with a combination of historical and whimsical. Our on-site hostess was charming and gracious. We felt like family guest from the time we arrived.
