FAIRWAY DRIVE #2C (Sleeps SEVEN/1640 Sq. Feet) $195.00 per night (W$175). ON THE ISLAND! Lovely three-bedroom two-bathroom one level home. Master bedroom has king bed, full bathroom with jetted tub and walk in shower. Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin bed. Common full bathroom is in hall off the living room. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Large living room with plenty of comfortable seating, 46-inch flat screen LED TV. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area that has sliding glass doors to the patio. Wireless Internet access provided. Gas grill. Gas fire pit. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. The seasonal communal pool at the recreation center is available by presenting the pool pass and paying the use fee.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Pets are not allowed.
