WISTERIA LANE CABIN #3-Midnight Forest (Sleeps 2 adults/720 Sq. Feet) Semi-secluded romantic, country cabin with full kitchen and comfortable sitting, area gas fireplace and satellite tv. This cozy cabin offers a King size bed as well as a oversize jetted tub with separate shower. Relax on the large covered porch or enjoy cooking outdoors on the gas grill. A wet weather creek flows just below the porch and offers soothing sounds after a rain. Some things to note: this cabin is one of four cabins and are they are for adults only, no children are allowed; there is no internet access provided and cell phone service is limited due to the rural location; there is approximately one mile of dirt road to reach the cabins.

This property is located in the country just outside of Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. The Eagle Rock Recreation area offering a public swimming beach and Marina is a fifteen minute drive (day use fees apply). Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a twenty minute drive.

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property is two, children are not allowed. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events.
