Clean and very close to everything down town, my one suggestion is to add more storage space for guests in both the bedroom and bathroom.

Needs better pillows (too hard), mattress offers no support, need small inexpensive lamps on the nightstands, needs some hooks on the walls to hang clothes, needs a small folding table ( like a tv tray) to support a laptop for work. Location is great,.

Location was great as you can easily walk to downtown area for shopping and restaurants. Place was as described and communication was excellent check in was simple. Place is bare bones but all we wanted/needed. Bed was comfortable and water temperature and pressure in shower was good. There is no place to hang clothes other than shower rod and only one small mirror above the sink but those are minor inconveniences. We would definitely stay here again.

This downstairs unit is large, clean, a few blocks from downtown and reasonably priced. The few things needed in it are pointed out in several reviews and hopefully the owner will implement some nice none are costly to make the place great....bench or small table for suitcase, hooks at least for clothing, bedside lamps so the harsh overheads not needed at night, bathroom mirror that one can actually use without huge sink in the way

Pros: Amazing AC & refrigerator that kept things really cold! Super clean! Furthest walking distance was 10 minutes to restaurants & shops. Owners were very nice & helpful. The property had snacks & coffee pods. The shower never ran out of hot water & had plenty of pressure. Plenty of light in the room & bathroom. Cons: There’s not a place to hang your clothes. There’s not a little table to put items on other than two little night stands. We would definitely stay at this property again!

GREAT LOCATION! We walked to almost everything we did downtown. The place was also very clean! A few small adjustments would make this an awesome stay. It needs a bench or something to put suitcases on since there’s no closet. There’s also no place to lay out your bathroom toiletries which was a real pain. The bathroom mirror was small. But overall for the price I would stay here again!

This was the perfect place to escape for the weekend! It is right in the edge of town and everything is walkable. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

A last minute decision to visit Eureka Springs on very busy weekend had me frantically searching vrbo. i came across this unit.
great price, excellent location!
Not elegant, but adequate.
Referring to the photograph my rental was a basement unit located down a set of outside stairs on the left side of the building.
There's a semi secluded furnished patio surrounded by trees and your unit enter through french doors.
Industrial type decorating inside with a polished concrete floor. The room is large, sparsely furnished but with all the amenities you'd need. My only gripe is there is *nowhere* to set your luggage or hang up any clothing, not a single hook.
But if you're planning to spend your days and evenings enjoying the town and surrounding area there is no reason to pay $$$ just for sleeping.
I would definitely rent this unit again!!!

(p.s. there are no instruction on how to use the heating/cooling unit, so if you're not familiar with that type of system a quick search on YouTube will help.)

Cute, minimalist spot! Great location, besides one somewhat steep hill, it’s an easy walk

Great small little place to stay while in Eureka. Very private but in the middle of everything. We walked through downtown all day and never had to drive. It’s small and not very many amenities, but perfect for us.
