There is a kitchenette that includes microwave, coffee maker (coffee included), ice machine, and refrigerator, and there are minimal kitchen supplies. There is a grill outside. There are many great restaurants in the area in Holiday Island and Eureka Springs is only 10 minutes away.

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.

Each of our condos come equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.

Above all, have a great stay. We love our first-time guests, as well as our repeaters, and want you all to have a wonderful time during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Holiday Island is a great community on the shores of Table Rock Lake. This condo is steps away from the Marina where you can rent a boat for the day, fish, swim, launch your kayaks and so much more. Holiday Island is also known for its great golf courses! Eureka Springs is just a short drive away with nightlife, shopping, dining and a vibrant art scene!

Getting Around:
Only one hour from Branson, Missouri and One hour from Bentonville, Arkansas. Surrounded by excellent Mountain Biking Trails, and Hiking Trails.
Regional Fun: Turpentine Creek, The Great Passion Play, Silver Dollar City, Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, Dogwood Canyon, Roaring River.
Float Trips! Adventure Mountain Outfitters can provide boats and shuttle service for you. If you have your own transportation, you can simply float from the Beaver Bridge and enjoy a 3.5 mile float back to the Marina below the house.

Other Things to Note:
Table Rock Lake (White River) view from the deck. Direct access to Holiday Island Marina and Access to Holiday Island Golf Courses. Only 5 miles from Historic Eureka Springs which is great for dining, shopping and entertainment. Wifi and Cable included!
