Room was exactly as depicted. Clean, smelled fresh, bed was very comfortable! Despite being on a major roadway and it was a busy holiday weekend, the other tenants were quiet, road noise was minimal. The parking lot is a bit cramped but it’s a smaller lodge so to be expected. The staff were so considerate and helpful. Their recommendation for the Thai place around the corner was spot on. Delicious! Would definitely recommend The Lodge as a reasonably priced comfortable place to spend the weekend

Everything was wonderful! We showed up early and asked to park and they accommodated. Room was great! The linens were really comfortable and soft, I really enjoyed waking up in them. Standard room amenities executed superbly! I will definitely look here first in the future.

The property hasn't been maintained. Room wasn't clean and was smelly, so we bought supplies to make it habitable. Coffee maker had really old coffee left in it and the pot had mold growing in it. Definitely a 1-star place to stay and won't go back.

not enough towels and washcloths were provided. we had to ask for washcloths. no maid service while we were there. they did not pick up the dirty towels and put in clean ones. or empty the trash.

The outside of the property looked good, but the rooms inside had a dirty recliner, and dirty carpet. It was a non smoking room, but the smoke smell in the room was so bad we had to go buy air freshener just to stay in there and me and my husband have allergies to cigarette smoke. They have ash trays and chairs outside every room and I’m sure it just flows right into the rooms. We will not stay there again. If it is a non smoking room, it should not smell like smoke. Also, they shouldn’t have carpet on the floor because it holds the smoke smell in as well. They should have a designated smoke area away from any floors that have non smoking rooms. We will not stay there again.

Everything was great about our room and stay there. I would make a couple of suggestions: when it’s 95-100 degrees outside it would be nice to have the room air conditioning on and not have the window open. Also, the refrigerator was turned off with the door opened. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and so I look for hotel rooms with a fridge. We had to wait for it to cool down for my meds. Check in was at 3:00. However no one was there to let us in until 3:20, sounds picky except as I said earlier it was almost 100 degrees outside.

Wasn’t a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great.

This was our first time staying here, and we will be back. Very close to Main Street, and the facilities were very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and when I checked in, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.

We had a late arrival and found the office already closed, with no mention of office hours in my itinerary. After standing at the office for 5–10 minutes trying to figure out who to call, a woman who had been sitting outside (who I later realized worked there) came over, surprised no one was available to help. Unfortunately, things only got worse once we got into our jacuzzi room. The tub and fixtures were old, stained, and looked so dirty that I wouldn’t even consider using the jacuzzi. As we got ready for our early departure the next morning, I discovered the coffee maker still had mold and residue from the previous guest, making it obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was also covered in cobwebs and spiders, raising serious concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. If basic things like the coffee maker and bathroom were neglected, it makes you wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. I paid only $98 for this room, and even at that price it wasn’t worth it. I would not stay here again.
