Wasn’t a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great.

This was our first time staying here, and we will be back. Very close to Main Street, and the facilities were very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and when I checked in, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable after a long drive! Shower was great and the AC was amazing after a very hot day. The staff is always amazing and this is always the first choice to book when visiting!

Everything was great about our room and stay there. I would make a couple of suggestions: when it’s 95-100 degrees outside it would be nice to have the room air conditioning on and not have the window open. Also, the refrigerator was turned off with the door opened. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and so I look for hotel rooms with a fridge. We had to wait for it to cool down for my meds. Check in was at 3:00. However no one was there to let us in until 3:20, sounds picky except as I said earlier it was almost 100 degrees outside.

The lady at the front desk was super sweet and made check in easy. The property is older just like 99% of the properties in Eureka Springs. Each room is decorated differently and makes it feel so homey. It is quiet and the view out back is beautiful. It was spotless clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I will be staying here again soon. 10/10 recommend!

Room was very clean and staff very helpful. Room seems dark and cluttered. Bedding is very clean and white but very heavy. Extra blanket in drawer was appreciated. Lack of light was a problem to read. Floor lamp needs to be by the big chair. A/C unit works well but very noisy and blows continually. Ironing boards are outdated and seldom used. Rack with hangers way too close to sink. Lots of hot water and good shower. Picture totally inaccurate on ad. All in all it was a very good price and was a very adequate for our one night. Would recommend for short stay and is budget friendly.
