This property is so sub-standard. The buildings should be razed they are so old. Paint is peeling inside & outside, wood trim should be replaced, old door locks are only 1/2 removed. It’s a dump. Long term renters doing brake jobs on vehicle in parking lot. What a mess. It was clean inside room.

Very quirky, cool, old style motel...very Eureka Springs. The staff was great, the bar was fun and had great food. The rooms would be much better if they didn't have carpet in them, it made the rooms a little musty Overall I would stay there again.

Nice friendly clean place . Restaurant and bar right there which were great . I’d give it 5 stars except the air conditioning in the room rattled and was loud every time it came on . It was a bit pricey but compared to other lodges in the area it was reasonably priced . Really liked it .

This was a great place to stay! The bar had live music and food. An amazing experience. Bed was so soft!! Hotel and bar/restaurant staff were awesome. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Everything was spot on! Special shout out to the receptionist who was so very lovely and kind, we even added an additional night to our stay. Must stop by the Gravel Bar - just all around a super laid back and chill vibes

Super awesome front desk staff, and amazing staff working at the bar that night. They were busy with the crowd for the live band that was playing but were very quick and efficient and super nice and polite. Pool was unfortunately closed for renovations which kind of sucked but enjoyed the atmosphere of the whole place.

Location is what they have going for them

Overall; my stay was just fine. The room was pretty dark and only one out of the three lamps in the room worked. I think that you can get a nicer room in town; for the price they charge but I would still rent a room at this motel; based off of their location and the closeness to the areas of Eureka I like to explore.

Staff was great and super helpful. Rooms have minor upgrades. Though lighting options are a modern selection, they are small for the size of the room. Minimum blanketing and pillows are provided. In our room, there were only 2 little pillows per bed. Lighting outside is great, but it can still be a bit creepy going to room if you are in “the basement” area near the pool. Room was reminiscent of an old 70’s lake rental or remod prison cell. Parking is limited and one direction. Very tight.

Worst Beds

This motel has a cool vibe and fits perfectly with the Eureka Springs quirky personality, but leaves a lot to be desired. The room smelled slightly - there's a lot of folks smoking on the property (one of the items on the check-in is number of ashtrays desired). The water pressure was a trickle. The walls allow all your neighbors conversations and "business" find its way into your room. If you have "busy" neighbors this can create some interesting family conversations. But the worst and most inexcusable was the horror that is their mattresses. The motel was obviously renovated in the recent past, but the mattresses may be original to the motel. Get some toppers at the minimum. I felt every spring and never been that sore the morning after just due to trying to sleep.

The staff is phenomenal, the fire pit, restaurant & live band were just the right touches for our night away in Eureka. However, I noticed a few of the rooms are upgraded, while we were in a room still did it to the 70s and not in the best condition. (And for the same price?) The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold, and would change on its own dime, without you touching the knobs. There was absolutely no water pressure and the worst part, was the AC kicking on and off sporadically. Leaving us sweating most of the night. This made for a rough nights rest. The bar and restaurant looked to be amazing, but after a $12 small drink, we opted for something else a little more affordable.. All in all, the staff, fire pit, and good times with friends made this a fun night, but unfortunately, we won’t stay here again 😔
