"Darling quaint small property for 2. Nice and clean with great location!! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is a big plus! The a/c is only in the bedroom, which at 95-100 degrees in Arkansas is a bit lacking for those who prefer a cooler space. Any other time of year it would be grand!
