"The room was clean and the hotel was nice, however, I was given the same room as someone else. I was about to go to bed when some guy opened my door and apologized right away, the young lady at the counter was probably exhausted since it was 3:00 am, so she gave two people the same room number."

"The room was great, very spacious opposite of what you would think when going on an European trip! It was in a good location near a lot of sites like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. My only complaints was it was hard to get bottles of water where I had to pay. I understand having to make money but it’s a heat wave be considerate"
