We loved the room and found the bed to be comfortable; really enjoyed that they had a water machine right in the hallway so we always had access and did not have to purchase bottles. Additionally, utilized the gym and sauna which were well kept and wonderful. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was safe, convenient, and near quite a bit of shopping, food, etc. would stay here again"

It’s a good base for sightseeing in Palma (via the very cheap bus services) but be aware that the nearby Playa is “party central” for (mostly) German stag and hen parties. It’s not unsafe but it can be noisy and the local cafes and restaurants are largely targeted at this demographic. We were on the Iberostar B&B rate, which proved to be a good choice. "Fabulous hotel, staff were so friendly and welcoming. They brought a complimentary drink by the pool most days. Room was large and clean. Breakfast restaurant was lovely, great food choice. Location is very convenient to beach and Playa de Palma location. "
