You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. "Beautiful and comfortable home. The listing was a little incomplete so it was unclear exactly what we were getting but pleasantly surprised. One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. "

"The glass igloos were incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful arranging my shuttles to the zoo and bus station. I was sad to leave, I fell in love with the igloo and could live there forever. I highly recommend this experience."
