"The first room we were given, had a used water bottle from the previous tenent along with hair in the sink, bed, and a dirty toilet. We informed the staff immediately and they moved us to another clean room promptly. The room had lots of nice features, but is missing the capability to allow guests to stream their own Netflix, or other digital media in their own language.
