"Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, staff were helpful and lovely. Only complaint is that the aircon was clearly not working (it was often colder outside than in, even when we had it set to -3c) and the fridge was also barely cool. Another minor note is that there wasn't power on one side of the bed. Other than this, really lovely stay!"

"Hotel is in a great location - just off the beaten track but close to everything one needs. Close to shops, restaurants and transport links (there's an underground entrance hidden near by). The room (2nd floor) was good; clean, large, AC, etc - only problem was flooding by shower. Breakfast is very good - wide choice. Didn't use Spa. Would stay here again."

"Everything was fine except one important item - the windows and the heat. The windows were locked so they could only tilt in and not fully open (It stated this as a safety feature). As a result, our room got very warm and was almost impossible to sleep at night. However, from the terrace, I noticed on the last day that some windows did swing fully open. Not sure why or how they did open such a way, but if it was much hotter in the area, the rooms would be impossible to sleep in. Otherwise, the location, staff, amenities and other guests were superb!"
