AMERON Köln Hotel Regent
Our stay in the Ameron was very pleasant as always. We had a small problem with the air conditioning which was never quite resolved but we're very fond of this hotel and the area in which it's located

Staff were very friendly and helpful, however room was not clean, dishwasher was disgusting, centrally controlled air circulation was set to heat which meant room was extremely hot and only way to cool down was to open the windows to a very noisy street with traffic and ambulances running all night. ...
