We were a little disappointed that the grill didn't work well, had to cook hot dogs on the stove. Chlorine levels in the hot tub were way too high causing me to have a severe allergic reaction.Tub really needs to me emptied and scrubbed out."

"From the time we arrived until the time we left, this place was so very comfortable. The owner supplies loads of extras that are not included in the ad. Deodorant, cleaners, Tupperware, baggies. All kinds of things that you normally would buy or bring with you. The beds and pillows were amazing and I will definitely return!"

"This rental has everything that you will need when staying on the lake. Kayaks, life jackets, and paddle board were all provided. All of the cooking materials that you could need along with some basic spices. The grounds are beautiful and the house sleeps a lot people comfortably. The owner was very responsive with any questions. They even provide some snacks and basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc… i highly recommend this rental."

"The Cottage was cozy and beautifully decorated, the location was convenient and the grounds were surperb. If you plan on staying in this area we highly recommend this rental! Also Cullman is a very nice and clean city that offers some real hidden gems, and just has the right tempo to also just unwind and recharge."

"The property was very peaceful and a nice get-away. If you love being out in nature and enjoy relaxing away from the city, I highly recommend. The house has many amenities for kids if it's rainy outside such as games, toys, crayons, and playdoh. The host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We would stay here again. There's also a pizza place nearby called, "Pizza done right" very good! Thank you!"

"The house is great for groups. We had several of our fishing teams stay here. It’s location couldn’t be better for using Smith Lake Park boat ramp. Communication was very fast/accurate and they answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!"

"The place is great and we had a most wonderful time there. The scenery is beautiful and enjoyed looking at the Angus in the field next door. My family says it’s one of their favorite places. The beds were comfortable, we did have some cleanliness issues with the refrigerator and also the dining table but everything else was great. The house decor is rustic I’d say but goes perfect with the place. The manager was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great gathering place for family. Clean and roomy house. Fun hiking and playing in the water for all ages. AC was nice and cool. Easy to ask questions of host. Hope to stay again one day."
