Say hello to your home away from home. This cottage provides an ultra clean comfort experience with many modern amenities. Three smart TV's, blazing fast wi-fi (1 Gig speeds!), state of the art work station with 4K monitor. Whether it's picking vegetables from the backyard garden, preparing a meal in the nautical themed kitchen, or sleeping in beds that our guests often claim as one of the best nights sleep ever, you'll always want to stay another night!

We're big tech heads and the house shows it. With wi-fi download speeds up to 1gig everyone multiple streaming is never a problem. We also have an amazon echo dot in every major room which provides you your own virtual assistant in every room that lets you play any song that you want to hear just by saying "Alexa, play song by artist". With Alexa, you can also provide weather reports, traffic reports, and much more. We also have 4k resolution monitors in both living room and master bedroom complete with surround sound.

The Cozy Cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The set up was nice with a large kitchen area and the bedrooms were separated for privacy. The outside patio was pleasant.

Darling cottage, fabulous host, great location

Had one of the most comfortable stays ever, at this sweet house. Wonderful beds, fluffy and numerous towels, incredibly well-stocked kitchen all made this stay such a pleasure. Ryan was one of the best hosts we’ve interacted with in the 2 decades we’ve been using this app. Lots of living room furniture to stretch out on, and a kitchen with just about everything you’d need to eat in. Loved being near a shopping area but tucked away from traffic. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed for 21 days in this cottage. Things we liked; *great WiFi speed *huge tvs with surround sound *loved having a washer/dryer. All the appliances were nice. *location close to our family, good restaurants, and places to explore. *good sized inside space and fenced in backyard Disappointments; *the dog next door that barked many nights and days… nonstop *the outside grill was too dirty to use *the outside furniture was not as nice as pictured. One chair was rotting. There was no hammock. *there were wasp nests in the bench and on the canopy. *weird personal items everywhere *most VRBOs we have stayed at have a welcome note with a rule/procedure booklet. Coffee is usually provided with other amenities… We searched and found the rules in a drawer. It turns out our entry code was the same as the previous visitors. We really wanted to like this place and use it every year 😢

The property is very convenient super clean. Well appointed kitchen was well stocked couches were very comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very nice TVs in each room. If there was only one Cohn, I would say it was slightly weird that they left their clothes in some of the drawers in the dresser And their shoes by the front door. It felt like they could be coming back. Nobody did there were no issues nobody bothered us, but that component was just a little strange. Other than that I would rent the house again in a second. It was a fantastic experience. Bathrooms are comfortable water pressure was great.
