"We booked through Expedia who said the accommodation had a hot tub! The staff said only accomdate a hot tub on a 3 night stay i booked for 1 night. So was mis sold this break by expedia. We checked out 10 mins after checking in as the accommodation was a shack and was not very inviting my daughtr did not want to stay so i have requested money back"

"We booked at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. They even accommodated my daughter's request to be "as high up as possible" and gave us a lovely room on the 10th floor."
