"Upon arrival we were “checked in” a wrong room that already had a guest in it. After going back to the front desk, they checked us in a room that was less than what we originally booked. No view (we paid extra for the view), very dirty and with a much smaller bathroom. Probably why they don’t have any pictures of bathroom advertised. "Evacuation of the rooms at 2:00 am over a false alarm was not fun especially with 1 elevator not working. Coffee ending at 8:00 am was disappointing as well. Rooms were comfortable and the bell hop was great!"
"Hotel is old and badly maintained. Bathroom was stained brown as well. We booked a king bed and were given a room with 2 full beds. When I complained, staff said there were no other rooms available with King bed. I was told I would get the night complimentary for the inconvenience. That was a lie. Later I found out since I booked with Expedia that’s not even possible. She just told me that to shut me up. I am very unhappy with my stay at Hilton Dedham."
