The space you’re booking is the entire lower-level garden suite, featuring two bedrooms, a private living room, and a full bathroom, with a separate entrance for complete privacy. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire basement floor with no shared interior space. The main floor (ground level) includes the kitchen, living room, and dining area, and the second floor is the homeowner’s private residence. Aside from the game room located on the main floor, no indoor areas are shared with the host. You’ll also have shared access to: the outdoor hot tub the sauna room a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ and the game room (pool table, ping pong, automatic mahjong table, game console) The suite overlooks a beautiful backyard garden, offering a peaceful and private retreat. Guests have full private access to the entire lower-level garden suite, including two bedrooms, one private bathroom, and a living room with a massage chair. The suite has its own private entrance. In addition, guests have shared access to the following areas: Outdoor hot tub Sauna room Fully equipped outdoor kitchen (stove, sink, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ) Game room on the ground floor (pool, ping pong, mahjong, game console) Washer and dryer are also available in the outdoor kitchen area. Please note: The kitchen, dining room, and other indoor areas on the main and second floors are not accessible to guests. I live upstairs and am always happy to help if you need anything. If you speak Chinese and love playing mahjong, feel free to join us for a round! Of course, if you prefer quiet and privacy, we completely respect that and will not disturb you. The neighborhood is very quiet, private, and safe! 🚗 A 6-minute drive will take you to nearby Costco, Winco Foods, Wendy's, Burger King, Safeway, LA Fitness, and Silver Lake. 🚗 In just 20 minutes, you can reach Seattle Premium Outlets for shopping or Paine Field Airport for travel. The nearest bus stop is a bit far, but there is free parking in the front yard and an EV charging station available for use. Usage Guidelines: * The hot tub and sauna are shared spaces. Please keep them clean and follow all safety rules. * Please take a shower before using the hot tub or sauna to keep shared spaces hygienic. * After using the game room, return items to their place and keep the area tidy. If others are waiting, limit use to 45 minutes. Be mindful of noise at night. * The outdoor kitchen is open-air. Please turn off the stove and clean up after use. * Washer and dryer are located in the outdoor kitchen area and are free to use. * All shared areas (hot tub, sauna, game room, outdoor kitchen) close at 10 PM. Please respect quiet hours. Safety & Privacy: * Security cameras are installed in outdoor common areas (not inside guest spaces) for your safety. * Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are placed throughout the property. * Please do not enter the main house (first and second floors are private). * Guests with children: Please supervise them closely. Do not allow children running near the pond or on the deck. Do not climb over fences or throw rocks or dangerous objects into the pond. Weather & Nature: * The backyard is close to greenery—bugs may appear at night, so please keep doors and windows closed. * Outdoor areas may be cold in winter. Please turn on the sauna or hot tub early if you plan to use them. * Some outdoor amenities may be temporarily unavailable during rainy weather. Other Notes: * Fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and disposable slippers are provided before check-in. * You’re welcome to use the massage chair—please avoid extended use to prevent overheating. * Free parking and EV charging are available. If multiple guests need to use the charging station, please contact me in advance.
