The Chicago Hotel Collection - Magnificent Mile
"The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that the hallway smelled like cigarettes and damp carpet. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the hallway and elevator odor could definitely be improved."

"They limit interactions with guests as much as possible. They want you to mobile check in and not talk or deal with you directly. Issues with mobile check in and they acted like it was a hassle to help."
