"Bridge Farm was not easy to locate so get direct instructions from Fiona rather than rely on your sat nav! The accommodation was well equipped and comfortable- especially the large bed, pillows and linen. "

"The Lodge is quite lovely and perfectly situated in the beautiful village of Broadway, but our room was not properly readied for our arrival. The hotel is ‘unmanned’ which makes it tricky for quick resolution of issues. Our suite had been painted that day and smelled of fresh paint and the painter left a can of paint and a pizza box on the counter. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied. The wifi did not work upon arrival. Upon reporting the paint can /pizza box and wifi issues an apology was issued and housekeeping was to be alerted. I was asked to reset the router on the landing myself, which didn’t bother me. Returning from dinner two hours later the paint and pizza box and remained. I expressed my disappointment in the lack of action and have not heard a word since then. If you are looking for a hotel with service, skip the Lodge. It’s more like an Airbnb. The property and suite were fine, but the lack of guest care is a big flag. I rarely write poor reviews but the property was given a chance to fix the issues and chose not to."
