"Great hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, dining and Lake Geneva. Loved the Rooftop Bar, especially the bartender Otto! Rooms were decent size and spotless. The balcony was a nice feature. Bathroom with frosted glass walls is the only drawback."

"The check in and pre stay information was great. We arrived early and were accommodated right away. The transport between hotel and airport was prompt and excellent. Hotel was comfortable , quiet and excellent. Friendly desk staff and great to receive the Geneva transport card."

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
