The hotel is older but absolutely adorable. Very clean, on site electric car charging, friendly staff, wonderful full free breakfast. The area is beautiful which only adds to the cozy and quaint feel of Hotel Dørlen

Old time splendor

We arrived late and were welcomed warmly. The next morning the owner gave us good directions and even called ahead for us to check on road conditions. Breakfast was nice with splendid view of river.

Helt ok opphold. Pluss for rolige omgivelser, god seng og god frokost. Minus for vegg til vegg teppe på rommet og at skjerming/folie i baderomsvinduet ikke dekket hele ruta, sto i desjen og kunne se ut på veien - og omvendt.

Dølen Hotel-et ærverdig hotell med sjarm og særpreg. Bærer preg av at det er gammelt. Det var veldig innesperret luft på rommet og en gammel lukt.Teppegulv. Hadde trengt en oppgradering/oppussing. Restaurant var veldig fin og nymoderne, imponert av maten, den var skikkelig god. Rent på rommet og badet. Veldig hyggelig personal

Hyggelig ophold

Hyggeligt hotel med god service. Dog var aftensmaden en smule skuffende, havde håbet på noget bedre. Lækker morgenmad, med noget for enhver smag.

Verdt å dra hit bare for maten!

Utrolig godt fornøyd med oppholdet på Dølen Hotel. Vi fikk rom 12, i 3.etg med flott utsikt over Otra. Nydelige omgivelser. Fantastisk god mat i restauranten. Jeg reiser mye og det er sjeldent å oppleve så godt tilberedt mat i en hotellrestaurant. Verdt et besøk bare for maten. Hyggelige folk som tar deg godt imot. Fiskestang ligger ved bryggen om man har tid og lyst til å fiske på egen hånd. Anbefaler på det sterkeste Dølen.

Doppel Zimmer sehr klein. Wenig bis gar keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Gepäck. Bad hell mit Fenster aber mit extrem kleiner Dusche. Bett zu weich. Kissen sehr gut. Ruhige Lage zum Fluss. Frühstück von guter Qualität . WLAN ungenügend

OK lite hotell

Stort sett helt greit sett i forhold til antall stjerner. Rent og helt ok dobbeltrom og bad. 2 elementer som trakk ned: Sterk matlukt i gangen (2. etasje) når kjøkkenet laget mat og vinduet på rommet hadde skjev ramme og kunne ikke lukkes helt uten å virkelig ta i med fare for å ødelegge noe. Ble imidlertid fortalt at dette skal pusses opp i løpet av de kommende månedene. Stort pluss for hyggelige ansatte og god frokost. Synes nok at prisen er litt i overkant i forhold til standard, men det er vel unntakstider for alt som har med priser å gjøre om dagen.
