"The house was easy to find with good communication from the host both before arrival, during our stay and after departure. Everything was very clean and the house was fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable and with windows, shutters and insect nets the house was perfect for a restful sleep and cool days. "This property is really special. It is spacious and beautiful and just has a certain quality about it. That makes you feel like a queen. The owner‘s mom lives down the hill and, although she doesn’t speak a lot of English, she was thorough in welcoming us and Showing us how to use the kitchen, etc. She had a crisper drawer full of fresh oranges and lemons and an electric orange juice maker. I did some laundry and hang it out on the line in the evening, and it smelled wonderfully fresh the next...

"Through early research queries and then the booking process Mary was very quick to respond and recommended exactly the right house for us (Couples). Her mum, who is a lovely person and lives close by, was there to greet us and help us with any issues. The views are magnificent and sunset in the jacuzzi with a glass ot two is not to be missed. Stoupa is a lovely seaside village with plenty of options for eating and was not over touristy during our stay (early June). Highly recommended."

"This unit was located within short walking distance from restaurants, the marina, and shops. The actual citadel of Monemvasia was about a 10-15 min walk away. A great balcony overlooking the water and Monemvasia on the second floor was a great place to have a drink and relax. It was clean, comfortable, and the sound of the lapping sea put us all to sleep each night. The ONLY thing we had an issue with was the shower drainage. That needs to be fixed. Water accumulated a bit and we had to sop up...

"A unique experience in a traditional guesthouse. Good host. There are lots of stairs around the property which adds to the charm in a very unique location. A level of fitness is required and don't take too much luggage!"
