"The house was just as pictured. We had everything we needed (would suggest adding a nonstick pan to the kitchen collection). Access to the dock was perfect, lake was almost full pool, 10/19 while we were there 3rd week of May. Perfect for our boat which is a deep V. Kids loved the loft and the hot tub in the evenings. The location is wonderful, close to town yet you feel very seclude. Kids also really enjoyed the kayaks, they practically had the whole cove to themselves. We will stay again....

"We spent 6 days 5 nights over a long Memorial Day weekend. 3 couples. The house was clean and very comfortable. We brought a boat and was able to launch it at Flat Hollow, Marina, and store the boat trailer at the marina as well. It was nice having the dock right in front of the house. "This property was perfect for a few days on Lake Norris. The dock was easily accessible and was large enough for us to park 2 waverunners, an 18' Lund fishing boat, and a 23' tritoon. The accommodations in the house were also excellent. Everyone was very comfortable and had just the most wonderful time. "There are a lot of run down and poor maintained mobile homes in the area. The “driveway” is up a steep hill that is bad washed out and has weeds growing on it. Almost didn’t make it up the drive. Finding this place at night is almost impossible. This is little to no outside lights in the front. There is NO sidewalk or gravel path to walk from drive way to the mobile home. "Many issues stated in previous reviews are unresolved. Smoke alarms are missing, expired fire extinguisher, poor quality cookware, substandard furniture. The bunk bed in the basement is unusable for two people because it is not sturdy. The gas grill caught on fire because of all the residual grease and the grease tray ended up dropping out of the grill due to its poor condition.
