William Flick Lane - a seemingly nondescript place that's well worth a wander down. There's an old church, nice jacaranda trees and a forest littered with urban relics. There's also this nice pond with reflections. An overlooked part of the Byron Bay region that's well worth a visit.

"Terrible kitchen. So basic. Had to buy knives, plus a cloth for cleaning. One hot plate with zero instructions. Plugs broken. TV didn’t work. Contacted manager but he was useless. Didn’t change sheets or towels or tea towel. Nothing extra provided ie. sheets pillows etc. Left a day early "

"The property was the perfect distance from Byron for peace and quiet. The gardens were immaculate and a haven for lizards and water dragons. We spent a lot of time at the breakfast bar watching them move from one rock to the next. The bed was a little too soft for our liking and the furnishings were different to those pictured and getting a little tired. But it had everything we needed except a mop. "I was completely misled with this booking.It is advertised as rooms with double beds and a single bed.The single bed is a trundle and would only fit a small child at best.We then had to purchase blow up mattresses so adults could have an adequate bed for the night.Terrible listing!!"
