"Great location for access to Saint Mathieu and the lake. Good sized bedrooms, plenty of decent crockery, etc. No frills but adequately met our needs. As we were only a couple we were paying a premium, better value for a family. Gardens surrounded the property with plenty of choice of seating, weather permitting."

"The property was beautiful, we made good use of the pool and all of the shaded areas (it was extremely hot during our stay). The snooker table was the subject of many early evening rivalries and we were lucky enough to be there whilst the village food fair was on, which was a bonus. A lovely relaxing stay in a very well equipped property."

"Lovely old house with some charming foibles and eccentricities. Even developed a soft spot for the robot lawn mower. Great space, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), well equipped kitchen (always great to have basics there - salt, oil, herbs etc), great table tennis room, big garden to kick rugby ball. Outdoor bbq plate. Plus if you are looking for excellent and affordable local restaurants, you are in for great surprises. The place is very comfortable, well equipped, has character and certainly cool during hot days. The nearby pool is overlooking fields and hills and offers a great site for enjoying sunsets. Perfect!"

"Lovely gite, nice couple very friendly but unfortunately whilst decor etc was lovely for me the basics need tweaking a bit ie: no freeze box, no blinds in the bedrooms, no WiFi and I had to climb into the bath to set the taps for the children to have a shower/bath which I found quite difficult with an arthritic hip. On the plus side there is a full size cooker, microwave and a washing machine so I was able to go home with a clean suitcase of washing. There were dvds to watch, bikes to ride and...
