"Prima locatie dichtbij Exeter, Torquay en Dartmoor. De huisjes zelf zijn dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. Onze keuken was vervallen, de apparatuur werkte wel, maar was zo oud dat we niet meer konden zien welke knoppen we moesten indrukken om eea te gebruiken. De douche en bedden waren goed, maar de rest vh meubilair was verouderd en aan vervanging toe. We konden niet op de bank zitten omdat deze doorgezakt was. De vloerbedekking zat vol met vieze vlekken."

"First impressions was fab, but on unpacking cuboards were not clean , box in bottom sink cupboard is dirty, .microwave needs throwing out ,very rusty inside . All the chopping boards need throwing out, very badly scratched ,very un healthy. curtains were dirty spiderwebbs with dead flies on, cobwebs everywhere. "This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively.
