"We had a group of 12 for a reunion weekend and it was a perfect setup. Clean, modern, plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area for everyone to fit. Bedrooms were great. Very homey!"

"Our family enjoyed this stay for a long weekend! The house is beautiful inside and out— Impeccably clean and a beautiful modern farmhouse decor. We enjoyed the beautiful lawn, the calm porch overlooking the rolling hills and farms and the lovely hot tub and fire pit! Close driving distance to nearby attractions in Lancaster, but off the beaten path! Would definitely return when we come back to the area!"

The kitchen is very well equipped, the family room has large comfortable couches and a huge TV, the bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms very good. "Richard and all of his family and staff helped coordinate things for months to allow my husband and I to have the best wedding! We had family and friends stay at the house with us and Richard allowed us to visit the property a few times before our stay to walk the property and allow our tent rental property to find the best spot for our tent. The grounds are well kept, the alpacas really are friendly, and the house was big enough to accommodate our needs. I would definitely recommend and come...
