"This townhouse packs a lot of accommodation into a compact footprint. We were only two, but it can squeeze eight in, as long as they all get along. We found it comfortable and convenient for local facilities, especially for the annual Global Bird Fair, which was our reason for the visit. "I travel a lot for work and stay in many different places, but not often I find a place that is as good as home. The primary bed was very large and comfortable with a variety of pillow types. It was dark and quiet at night. The bathroom was large with a modern rain shower or soaker tub....the choice is yours. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook for yourself and the choice of living spaces were generous. Ground floor living room has a wood burning stove which I hope to enjoy when I come...

"The house itself is good, comfortable, and fairly reflects the listing, with ample space for a large house party. However, our otherwise enjoyable experience was let down by the lack of attention to detail, in terms of house-keeping and maintenance/repair. When paying a top-end price (about 7k for 4 nights) it was disappointing that several lights did not work (including bathroom lights, dining room main light, bathroom mirror light), the Aga never got up to cooking temperature even after 4 days...
