"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"This place is a total gem! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and quick, the food was made daily and absolutely delicious, the view is breathtaking, the attention to detail supersedes the fanciest hotels in Vegas and Hong Kong. The owners were on-site and we had a very pleasant chat during breakfast. I am selfishly slightly hesitant to share how good this place is because I will go back and I want an available chalet but I can't keep it to myself. The property is a 15 minute drive from the city which makes it perfectly tucked away yet close enough to the "action" if that's what you're looking for. I can't say enough good things about this property!"
