Fabulous sea view from this modernised two bedroom cottage. Family bathroom and one en-suite. Large garden, off street parking, free wifi, numerous countryside and cliff top walks. Less than 1.5 miles from Coldingham Sands and St Abbs. Bars and restaurants and tea rooms nearby. 12 miles from historic Berwick-Upon-Tweed. 35 miles from Kelso. 1 hour from Edinburgh. Handy for course and fly fishing.
Ideal for walkers, cyclists, divers (St Abbs 2miles) and lovers of peace and quiet.

Excellent holiday home!

Perfect place to stay whether long or short stay. I'm currently working in the area and this property is perfect location. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. My wife and dog also came for a few days and loved staying here. Andrew and Jeanette are the perfect hosts, very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely be using this property in the future. I highly recommend it to others.

Outstanding calm and serain cottage

Our stay has been wonderful. The property is perfectly located with a gorgeous view on the hills and the north sea. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed Jeanette's and Andrew's care and assistance during those memorable days in Eastern Scotland. Very friendly owners, well managed property. Definitely recommended for those looking a very calm and serain retreat. Thank you for letting us share this beautiful place and area.

This house has a very warm and homely feel. It is equipped with everything you need for a stress free holiday and is situated on a lovely country road so good for walking the dogs. Check in and check out processes very smooth as owners live next door.

Lovely holiday

Spent a week in the cottage as a family. Cottage clean and well equipped. Lots to do in local area, with lovely beaches, walks with lots of birds to see, interesting castles and houses. Nice places to eat close by. Great afternoon on the rib boat tour out of Eyemouth.

Templehall Cottage

Great location for exploring the Berwickshire coast. The village of Coldingham itself has enough to keep you occupied for a week. Cottage had everything we needed. Hosts lived next door and were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful break

My husband and I had the best 4 night stay in Templehall Cottage. Location is so peaceful with wonderful sea view from the very bright kitchen. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished and cosy. The main bedroom is lovely with ensuite and great shower. I recommend this property completely. We will be back this year hopefully Catherine & Jim

Great cottage

Everything about this cottage was absolutely brilliant. The cottage itself was modern with a lot of facilities and was very clean. The owner lived next door and was very friendly and helpful. The cottage itself is only a short walk from Coldingham. I would recommend this cottage to everyone.

A great place for families

The house had everything we could hope for (lovely view, great garden, well-equipped kitchen...), was immaculately clean, and the village and its surroundings offer plenty of things to keep you busy. Our favourite places were the beach and St. Abbs. Thanks Jannette and Andrew for their warm welcome and for having us, we can highly recommend it.

Beautiful cottage with stunning views

We stayed here for four nights. It was such a relaxing break. Cottage was ideal for a family of four. We took our 1 year old cocker too. The garden is not contained so couldn't let him out on his own. We visited st abbs head, eyemouth and coldingham bay. Perfect location for a relax. Thank you xx

Coldingham Bay

Great location, walking distance to the village and beach, however allows a dog after agreement of owner who lives next door but the gdn is not enclosed and the property is on corner of a fast road. Immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

The Perfect Home for Our Scottish Vacation

We loved this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated how well supplied the kitchen was, it has every type of pan, baking dish, and utensil we could have possibly needed. As well as a very nice view of the North Sea. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating including two recliners which were very nice to help my elderly mother elevate her feet from a day of sightseeing. She also liked the adjustable bed and the ensuite shower room off of her bedroom. The central heating system kept us warm and toasty. Plus the internet/wifi had a strong signal (better than other places we stayed). There were many stations available on the TV cable service too. The location is close to Eyemouth which had some good restaurants and an award winning bakery, Lough's Home Bakery, that we very much enjoyed. We look forward to staying at this perfect vacation home the next time we visit Scotland, it really had everything we could possible want.

Superb stay in a superb location.

Beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need, this property was a great find for the price. Andrew is a very affable chap and his being just next door is great in case you need anything (though you most likely won’t). Location is very central for St Abbs and Eyemouth as well as Coldingham. Easy distance to Edinburgh, Lindisfarne, etc. Smashing large garden if you’re visiting in the Summer, with a bbq. Suitable for 4 adults like our party or families. All the facilities are second to none. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended. We hope to visit again soon.

Fab holiday in Coldingham

We have been to Coldingham several times in the past and love the area. Templehall Cottage was a fabulous base; comfortable, clean and tidy, and well equipped for relaxed family fun in a convenient location within a beautiful area. Quiet spot in a beautiful location

This is a very clean well equipped modern bungalow. The owner is very friendly and lives next door if you need anything (we didn't). The area is very beautiful with good cycling on minor roads and spectacular cliff walks. The village of Coldingham is only 10 mins walk down the hill. The New Inn pub serves good food.
