"First time at this particular Hilton Garden Inn and very satisfied. Had to get an earlier flight and ended up arriving hours before check in but staff happily let us check in after a long day travelling. Very comfortable and clean room, really quiet in the evening which makes a change from hearing other guests in the corridors normally. Food was excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Was there on business and they offered transport to and from Airbus no matter what time of day or night it was. Would definitely recommend and will choose this hotel again next time."

"Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Really nicely done. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was immaculately presented with a really comfortable bed. Got to sunbatge around the pool in the afternoon which was very relaxing . Shuttle was a great idea. Highly recommend this hotel "

"The proximity to the airport is the key reason for me to choose this hotel. Since our flight was the first out of MRS at 6:30 in the morning, I was considering the need to arrive at the airport 2-3 hours ahead of departure dragging the luggage on foot. We scouted out a pedestrian path, about 100m long, properly asphalted, from the opposite curb right in front of the hotel that led up to a small gate into the airport parking lot, very walkable with suitcases in tow and within 10 minutes to the terminal. We did not have to walk though as the first hotel's shuttle conveniently showed up at 4:30am. The basic room was very decent. Only one bottle of shampoo/soap in the bathroom though, more than adequate for me but did not meet my wife expectation ;). We did not have time to fully check out the other amenities (hence the 3 stars in this section = neutral opinion). I believe there is a restaurant onsite that serve dinner and breakfast. The corridor leading to our room has a sliding door that is key card controlled that adds somewhat a good sense of security. The parking lot had plenty of available space but we returned the car the previous afternoon to have one fewer thing to worry about in the morning. All in all, good stay experience !"

"This hotel is in a very good location with everything in walking distance. The staff is very nice and the room is very clean. The only problem we had was the room temperature. It was so hot at night that we didn’t have a good sleep but we were unable to adjust the AC! When I checked this hotel before booking, I had the impression that I had to bring all of my toiletries because they are not listed in the room amenities section, neither is the housekeeping service, but this hotel provides everything so Expedia should correct these information,"

"AC wasn't working. We had to open the window to get fresh air but it faced the railroad tracks so we had to listen to the trans roar by and the loud announcements from the station next to the hotel all night long. Would not stay there again."

"Strip down hotel that pushes the budget concept to the extreme. More basic than what portrayed in the pics. It would have been acceptable for a night if not for the bad smell from the bathroom. "

"The staff were very helpful. They helped us check the train schedule and called the car rental company. The room was clean and very spacious. The location is convenient just a few minutes walk to the Palais des Papes."
