"The property manager would not give us key code to get keys despite like 20 msgs. They were supposed to give us the code 24 hours in advance but they gave like only 5-7 hours before check in time. We had to call Expedia multiple times and even they couldn’t reach the property manager. I will not recommend this place to anyone. It just added frustration to us. Terrible."
"I could not get the key to open the room, could not get in touch with any of the staff , there is no phone on the lobby. there was another family that was trying to get in their room and also could not enter. they never emailed the code to that family"
"Checking in is difficult and the property manager doesn’t always answer the phone. When she did she was rude. Only staff that is there is the breakfast crew and housekeeping gives clean towels daily
Very cute place, no reception on the TV, hot tub has no cover and gets dirty easily and no jets. The location on the south coast is good"
