"Our stay at the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga was absolutely outstanding and made our anniversary truly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were the best we have experienced, always professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention to the Lady in Red, who was incredibly professional and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. We were also touched by the lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room. The hotel is centrally located, making it ideal for exploring the city. Many excellent restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, which added great convenience to our stay. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the spa. It is a truly relaxing and beautifully designed space. From the quiet room, to the sauna, to the steam room and the indoor pool, every area was designed for comfort and tranquility. It was an experience in itself and the perfect way to unwind. The Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga is without question the best place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly return."

Room was large, well equipped, yes room decor a little dated but that adds to the charm of this hotel. Breakfast was very good, great selection. Could not fault the Staff who were very helpful and friendly Room was spotless and kept at a good temperature, great to come back to after a winter walk around Riga Well worth a stay "
