"Check in staff was off putting. Phone in room didn’t work nor did the wifi. Creepy feel and worst of all, staff took all of my chargers and expensive headphones. Did not return and were not honest. Do not stay here. Awful experience. Staff not helpful and steal. O stars. You get what you pay for."

"Pros: good location, clean, new. Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site. When we asked the front desk for dining suggestions they said to use Google...

"Personal con bajo nivel de inglés, ninguna amabilidad, pague 3 noches y use solo dos pues se retrasó mi vuelo y aún así el check out lo tuve que hacer 10am y no me dejaron dejar mis maletas o usar regaderas después de esa hora en alguna habitación aún teniendo disponibles, la única opción que me dieron fue pagar otra noche, al final me prestaron regadera de su personal de trabajo para cambiarme pues mi avión salía hasta la noche, la isla es preciosa pero si es algo difícil encontrar restaurantes...

"This place is in a great location, walking distance to the market and ferry. It’s a little tricky to find and not a typical hotel. There are 4 or 5 large rooms/ units with large beds, large bathroom and small kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful"

"This is a review for the cabin floor. So clean, everything is new, staff was super friendly and helpful and even ordered a taxi for me. There’s ice, water, coffee, a sink, and a seating area. The rooftop bar was a plus as well. Highly recommend! It was 2800 CPF for a taxi to the airport and a 2 min walk from the ferry."

"Il faut absolument savoir que suite à un éboulement de terrain la belle piscine et le bain chaud sont fermés pour une durée indéterminée car une partie de la terrasse est tombée et pour ne pas que la piscine tombe aussi on m'a informé qu'elle avait été vidée (on m'a dit que l'incident est arrivé il y a environ 1 mois) et une grande partie de la belle terrasse extérieure est aussi inaccessible pour des raisons de sécurité. "I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...
