"If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "

"Mariella, thank you for being such a wonderful host! We called Mariella a few hours before arrival to let her know when we would arrive. Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. "The room and amenities were very useful with ample space for a family with 1 baby. Toilet had all necessary stuffs and clean as well with a great location very close to the bus stop. Unfortunately we were unhappy with the staff supervisor of the Day of check out who could learn some lessons of "Hospitality". The staff who was in during our check in was very understanding and helpful and seeing how cranky our baby was gave us a grace period until 10:30am even though the check out time is 10am but this staff member was there was totally blunt and sounded rude too. I understand staffs abide by rules which we understand but portraying that message to a customer in the right way is very important in Hospitality sector. Therfore 3 staff for hotel room and 1 star for that staff member."
