"We spend 6 days in this house and had a wonderful time.
The house and garden especially the pool were great. It's more than u need and also very clean.
The only thing is, that it's a little bit in the nowhere. Although we liked that a lot, especially the historic towns around it and that it's so quiet. And the WIFI could be improved a little bit, bc there was no connection around the house.
I would recommend it any time."

Kind of out of the way from town without a car (my fault for not looking carefully at a map!) but the hotel sent someone to pick us up! We were walking the Via Francigena, and while it’s not super close to the main path they showed us a nice easy connecting trail and even printed a map and walked us out to the trailhead! Great breakfast too, lovely place all around.

The couple who run Ottantotto went out of their way to make my stay in Viterbo most pleasant. The room was quiet and spacious, the breakfasts were good, and their restaurant recommendations were numerous and close by. A great stay.

A hidden gem, an small boutique hotel in the old centre. Great walking, brekkie tasty with an amazing view.
Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens!
They register your car license as you have to drive into a controlled area, with secured parking thru their gates.

The experience was amazing. The host Roberto was outstanding in helping us with a late check-in - and provided clear directions on the room amenities. His wife and he prepared a delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Overall, a great treat in Tuscany! Highly recommend!

A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!
